Mr Kaplin Limited provides a variety of motion and design services. We will hold client details such as company email or telephone number where it is required to deliver these services or for closely related purposes. We will never share this information with any third party.
We may use this information to offer further services to an existing contact or organisation but we will only email, call or direct mail prospects where there is either evidenced consent or where there is a legitimate interest to do so.
Mr Kaplin Limited will only process and hold sensitive data such as bank account information for full-time employees. However if you apply for a job at Mr Kaplin and are unsuccessful we may retain your CV and contact information for up to 24 months. If you would prefer us to delete your CV or other information please let us know by contacting us on the details at the end of this policy.
If you are employed full-time by Mr Kaplin Limited relevant details about you may be provided to a number of third-party providers, including our payroll and pensions providers. All full-time employees will be given an appropriate privacy notice to explain this in detail. Employee information and any additional information supplied during the application process will be retained by us as part of your employee file for the duration of your employment plus 6 years.
